United States donates field hospital and ambulance to the Tobago Emergency Management Agency
On Tuesday October 24, U.S. Ambassador Candace Bond and U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) Military Deputy Commander Vice Admiral Alvin Holsey handed over a field hospital and ambulance valued $973,000 USD to the Tobago Emergency Management Agency (TEMA). The donation was procured by the embassy’s Military Liaison Office through the SOUTHCOM Humanitarian Assistance Program (HAP) and represents U.S. commitment to supporting Tobago’s humanitarian disaster response resiliency.
