Location: Trinidad and Tobago

Event: The U.S. Embassy in Trinidad and Tobago requests U.S. citizens interested in being contacted if additional flights or repatriation flights to the United States are scheduled to please fill out this online form (copy hyperlink and open in Chrome browser). If you are part of a group, please fill out a separate form for each individual traveler. You can also send an email to PortofSpainUSCitizen@state.gov with the subject line Return Travel to the United States. If emailing, please include the following information for each U.S. citizen or U.S. legal permanent resident guardian accompanying minor children in your family or group:

  • Full name as it appears on your passport
  • Citizenship
  • Passport Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Date of passport issuance
  • Date of passport expiration
  • Contact phone number
  • Contact email address

The embassy will use the details entered in the online form or in your email to contact you as options become available and further instructions will be provided at that time, including ticket costs and and payment information.

The U.S. Embassy Port of Spain also asks all U.S. citizens in Trinidad and Tobago to complete the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) at https://step.state.gov/step/.  STEP is a free service to help the U.S. Embassy contact American citizens in an emergency.
