To submit your interview-waived U.S. Non-immigrant Visa application, you must complete the following steps:

1. From the nearest TTPost business outlet, purchase an A5 courier (TrackPak) envelope. Note that an individual courier TrackPak envelope must be purchased for each applicant. This means that family members will need to purchase a separate TrackPak for each individual family member who is applying for a visa.
2. At the same time, ALSO purchase a RETURN courier TrackPak envelope for each individual applicant. This will be included in the visa application packet and allow the U.S. Embassy to return the passport when the case-processing is finished.
3. Pre-address the RETURN courier TrackPak envelope with the applicant’s return address. For parents or guardians who are preparing return courier TrackPak envelopes for minor applicants, please address the envelope in the following manner:
   COMPANY/NAME: {Applicant’s/Minor Applicant’s name here}
   ATTENTION: {If the applicant is a minor, indicate the parent/guardian receiving the returned visa/passport.}
   ADDRESS: {Address to which the visa/passport should be delivered}
   CITY: {Town, Locality and ZIP code (if known)}
   PHONE: {Applicant’s/parent’s phone number}
4. Prepare the visa application packet. Include ONLY the following documents in the courier TrackPak envelope you will be sending to the U.S. Embassy:
   • Applicant’s original passport with at least six months of validity remaining.
   • Applicant’s previous passport that holds the expiring or most recently expired U.S. visa.
   • The confirmation page of the DS-160 visa application form. Remember that if you are renewing both a B1/B2 and C1/D visa, you must submit the DS-160 confirmation page from two separate applications for each visa category.
   • One U.S. visa-sized photo (2 in x 2 in; roughly 5 cm X 5 cm) taken without glasses and against a white background.
   • If the applicant is under 14 years of age, a photocopy only of the applicant’s birth certificate, and a photocopy only of the parent’(s’) valid visa(s). Please DO NOT send original documents; the U.S. Embassy will only return passports.
   • A copy of the Scotiabank MRV payment receipt showing payment of the visa application fee.
   • The pre-addressed return courier TrackPak envelope.

5. Send the prepared courier application packet to the U.S. Embassy Port of Spain Consular Section using the following address:
