Ambassador John L. Estrada visited Tobago August 15-18 for the primary purpose of partnering with the Lily Foundation on Gender Based Violence programs. The Foundation facilitates positive human development and works in Tobago to educate and counsel abused women and girls. Ambassador Estrada also met with Secretary of Community Development and Culture, Dr. Denise Tsoi-a-fatt-Angus and visited the Cove Eco Industrial and Business Park.
