Message for U.S. Citizens in Tobago (August 23, 2023)
The U.S. Embassy’s American Citizen Services (ACS) Unit will be in Tobago on:

Venue: Division of Health Wellness and Social Protection office,
5 Montessori Drive, Glen Road, Scarborough
Our ACS Unit will provide in-person U.S. passport renewals and notarial services by appointment only.
To request an appointment in Tobago, please send an email to acspos@state.gov by Monday August 28, 2023 with the following:
- In the subject line, please write TOBAGO as well as the service(s) you want: PASSPORT RENEWAL and/or NOTARIAL.
- Include a scan or attached copy of the photo page of your most recent U.S. passport. For children under 16, parents can send on their behalf.
