Health Alert – Virtual Town Hall Video

The U.S. Embassy Virtual Town Hall held on Wednesday April 8, 2020 is available to view on the U.S. Embassy Facebook Page. Consular officers and guests discussed health and safety related questions, immigration concerns, and services for American Citizens during a live session. Thank you to all those of you who were able to join us and submitted questions and please share the video with other U.S. citizens and Legal Permanent Residents in your area. If you have additional questions regarding American Citizen Services please send an email to ACSPOS@state.gov, and for visa queries send an email to ConsularPOS@state.gov.

The U.S. Embassy Port of Spain asks all U.S. citizens in Trinidad and Tobago to complete the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) at https://step.state.gov/step/. STEP is a free service to help the U.S. Embassy contact American citizens in an emergency.

If you need emergency assistance please contact us by email at ACSPOS@state.gov or by telephone at 868-622-6371.  Please do not come to the embassy without contacting us in advance. Please note the embassy will be closed on Friday, April 10 and Monday, April 13.
