Chargé d’Affaires John W. McIntyre’s first official visit to Tobago

Chargé d’Affaires John W. McIntyre and Chief Secretary of the Tobago House of Assembly Kelvin Charles.

Chargé d’Affaires John W. McIntyre paid his first official visit to Tobago from March 20-24.  He met with Chief Secretary of the Tobago House of Assembly  Kelvin Charles, and discussed opportunities for partnership on economic development.  He also paid a courtesy call on Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister and Member of Parliament for Tobago East, Ayanna Webster-Roy and met with THA Minority Leader Watson Duke, Opposition Assemblymen Farley Augustine and Minority Councillor Dr. Faith B. Yisrael.   Chargé McIntyre also visited the Tobago Emergency Management Agency (TEMA) Disaster Relief Warehouse, which was funded by the U.S. Government  and toured the Masjid al Tawbah mosque and primary school led by administrator Kameal Ali, an alumni of the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP).
