Consular outreach with National Muslim Women’s Organization of Trinidad and Tobago

As a part of the Embassy’s Speaker Program, Consular Officer Sara Elsayed met with the National Muslim Women’s Organisation of Trinidad and Tobago (NMWOTT).  Ms. Elsayed spoke about her experience coming from a Muslim background and growing up in the U.S.  The group shared stories about issues facing Muslim women and the work that NMWOTT is doing in the local community.
