Ambassador Candace Bond and her daughter Maddox were in awe of the creativity and craftsmanship on display at the Senior Carnival Kings and Queens preliminary competition at the Queen’s Park Savannah on February 9. Chairman of the National Carnival Commission of Trinidad and Tobago- NCC Winston ‘Gypsy’ Peters facilitated a backstage tour where Ambassador Bond got a firsthand look at preparations.
